This policy explains what data the GR Inversiones website collects, what we use it for, and how you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What we collect
Only what you type into the forms: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email, whether you live in El Salvador or abroad, and your message.
If you offer us a property, also whether you want to sell or rent it, the type of property and the area. If you ask about a listing, its code.
What we use it for
To answer your request and follow up on it: a GR Inversiones advisor contacts you through the channel you gave us.
We don't sell your data or share it with other companies for advertising.
Where it is stored
In GR Inversiones' internal system, which only our team can access. That system runs on cloud service providers that store the data for us, on servers located in the United States.
How long
For as long as it takes to handle your request, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@gr.com.sv or call +503 7181-5626.
Map and cookies
The site's map loads from OpenFreeMap, an open map service: your browser requests the map images from it directly.
The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising or analytics tools.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
